Finance Director

Cam Clark Ford Red Deer


The Cam Clark Group requires a Finance Director, at our Red Deer Location, to perform a number of vital functions including the establishment and maintenance of financial and management procedures for Cam Clark Ford, including the review and confirmation of agreed-upon sales figures, preparing salespeople to confer with customers about needed services or products, consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs and presenting products to fulfill them. The Finance Director must practice strict legal compliance and ethical behaviour. He/she works in concert with the general manager to determine which lenders and suppliers of finance products will best be able to meet the criteria set by the Finance Department. The Finance Director will review the customer's credit application and credit report and discusses the available finance options to meet their needs then prepares the delivery documentation, including the preparation of the loan documents, licensing paperwork and other legal forms required by provincial and federal regulatory bodies. The Finance Director will be responsible for disclosing to the customer all aspects of the sale, including finance charges and interest rates. The Finance Director is involved in hiring, training, supervises, coaches and motivates the finance department at a dealership. The Finance Director Business manager has sales goals that the dealership has to meet as a whole, and they assign a portion of this goal to each member of the Finance team. The Finance Team will provide products and services including extended warranties, service packages and insurance products that meet the needs of our clients.  An essential element of this position will be the ability to provide leadership to our Finance team and assist in the closing of sales, and maximizing up-selling opportunities.

4th Year Apprentice or Licensed Automotive Service Technician

Cam Clark Group requires a 4Th Year Apprentice or Licensed Automotive Service Technician for our Red Deer Location. Preferred knowledge in engine diagnosis, repair and general repair. This is a full-time position, requiring a valid driver's license. Dealership experience required, Ford experience will receive priority.

The successful candidate must be in their 4th year Apprenticeship program or be a registered Automotive Technician. Candidate should have the ability to work within a team driven environment as an individual, efficient problem-solving skills, quality oriented & possess effective communication skills.

Qualified applicants will be able to perform diagnosis and repairs on automobiles with a high level of integrity, possess up-to-date technical knowledge, ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures along with verbal and written communication skills.

-          Ensure AMVIC licensing, training and certification is up-to-date and regulations are followed.

-          Work well with all dealership employees to take ownership of and resolve conflicts as they arrive in a respectful, team-oriented atmosphere.

-          Be self-driven in a desire to sell cars and be apart of a team that achieves top sales goals monthly.

Qualifications:

-          Excellent written and verbal communication is a must, with an ability to work on a high-pressure environment and handle customers in a friendly and respectful manner.

-          Must be organized with the ability to be focused and prioritize multiple tasks.

-          Strong phone and computer skills

-          A quick and flexible learner with a positive attitude. Must possess a high energy with a strong desire to achieve top results.

-          Previous Automotive Industry experience is an asset.

-          Previous Customer Service experience is a must.

-          Driver's License Required
