JUNIOR SERVICE ADVISOR
Our Red Deer Location requires a Junior Service Advisor
Service Advisor experience would be an asset, PBS Computer Experience Preferred, Ford Experience Preferred.
Superior communication inter-personnel skills.
Customer relationship oriented.
Ability to build long term relationships as well as work in a team environment.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Responsible for scheduling service work in the service department and for selling recommended or required service to customers.
He or she will act as the dealership’s first-line customer relations and service representative.
Must be able to gather and interpret information on vehicle condition from service technicians in order to advise the customer on recommended or urgently required
