Licensed Transmission Automotive Service Technician


The Cam Clark Group, requires Licensed Automotive Transmission Service Technician at our Red Deer location. This is a full-time position, requiring a valid driver's license. Experience at a Ford dealership will receive priority.


The successful candidate must have completed the Apprenticeship program and be a registered Automotive Technician. Candidate should have the ability to work within a team driven environment as an individual, efficient problem-solving skills, quality oriented & possess strong communication skills.


Qualified applicants must be able to, inspect, diagnoses and troubleshoot drive shaft and axles assemblies. Repairs manual and automatic transmissions, transaxles and components. Perform diagnosis and repairs on automobiles with a high level of integrity, poses up-to-date technical knowledge, ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures along with verbal and written communication skills.

Full Time Service Advisor

FULL TIME SERVICE ADVISOR

Cam Clark Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Service Advisor for our Red Deer location. 

The successful candidate will be customer driven, team focused, with the ability to work within a quick paced environment. This candidate will be required to greet and assess customer needs, create and manage repair orders, act as the liaison between the customer and technician; review required maintenance with customers using vehicle service history; advise customer of necessary or suggested services, communicate with the customer throughout the repair process. 2+ years experience in the automotive industry is preferred, however we will train the right candidate.   

Duties will include but are not limited to; greeting customers, generating repair orders, repair order management, recommending service, answering incoming & performing outbound phone calls, striving to achieve a superior customer experience.
